Our company was formed in late 2004 and over the past 6 years we have built up an enviable reputation across Dorset, including Bournemouth & Poole, for offering sound, common-sense advice and good value, high-quality workmanship on our inspection and testing and remedial and general installation works. We serve the domestic and commercial markets and specialise in safety inspections for the domestic rented property market, counting many private landlords, local letting agents and Property Management Companies amongst our regular customers.
Needless to say Testinspect are Approved Contractors and Domestic Installers under the NICEIC scheme, enrolment number 035442. We undergo regular assessments by the NICEIC to ensure we are operating according to their stringent requirements and staying uptodate with regulations and electrical safety requirements. Our electricians are trained to the current 17th edition of the Wiring Regulations and utilise the latest calibrated test equipment and lap-top based software to ensure all necessary certificates and reports are produced to the highest standard and with the least delay.
Our membership of the government-backed Trustmark scheme provides our customers with further comfort that they will be looked after in a professional and caring manner. Our ability to self-certify work covered by Part P of the Building Regulations means the correct paperwork is provided with the least fuss and aggravation and certainly a lot more cheaply than by employing an electrician who cannot self-certify, leaving you to approach the Building Control Department of the Council for the relevant pieces of paper.
