How the check works
  • You tell us which address the email claims to be from.
  • We email a 6-digit code to your address, so only you can see the result.
  • We then search our Microsoft 365 records for mail that address really sent you.

This covers every Test Inspect Group address — testinspect.com, flawhawk.ai, and our group brands.

Whatever the result says
  • We never change our bank details by email. If an email asks you to pay a new account, phone us on 01946 372220 before you pay anything.
  • Check the sending address character by character. A convincing fake usually differs by one letter.
  • Forward anything suspicious to hello@testinspect.com.
